The company originated from an apple processing cooperative founded in 1987 by the second-generation members of a pioneer settlement group and was officially established as a corporation in 1991.
In addition to producing wine from grapes, the winery also crafts cider, apple wine, and brandy using locally grown apples—one of the region’s specialties.
