Soba Takagi (Soba Restaurant and Soba-Making Lessons)

Located near Matsumoto Castle, Soba Takagi specializes in soba noodles and other local Nagano dishes such as basashi, oyaki and sanzoku-yaki.
The restaurant also offers several cooking and craft workshops. You can try your hand at soba-making, oyaki-making or Temari ball-making.
Soba-making lessons are 3,600 yen per batch (up to 3 servings per batch) and require at least two batches. You can eat the soba you make at the restaurant and take any leftover noodles home with you to eat later.
